plot_pod_surface(poi_grids, pod_curve, poi_names, ci_lower=None, ax=None)

Plots a 2D heatmap / contour for multi-dimensional PoD (2 Parameters of Interest). Draws the mean a90 contour by default, or the true a90/95 contour if ci_lower is provided.
