- Theo Richardson-Gool (Bristol)
- Alex Tasker (Bristol) is a dual-trained veterinarian and anthropologist whose One Health research focuses on biothreats emerging in complex settings, including conflict, criminality, and displacement. Alex will outline the role of One Health in complex settings and the need for an interdisciplinary approach and introduce SCRIBE.
- James Thomas (Bristol) is a Senior Data Scientist at the Jean Golding Institute. Familiar with Python, Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, Git, he works in data analysis, modelling and machine learning with experience in remote data collection. James will introduce his experiences leading hackathons and the data he has explored to date.

Presentation of problem areas and Q&A, with guest speakers
- Gemma Bowsher (KCL) is a doctor working at the KCL Centre for Conflict and Health Research, specialising in complex chemical and biological threats, and currently operates research programmes in Ukraine. Gemma will discuss the role of AMR in Ukraine.
- Erin Sorrell (Johns Hopkins) specialises in virology and biosafety, with a focus on infectious diseases in conflict zones. She collaborates globally to strengthen health systems and lab capacity. Erin will share insights on CCHF and transboundary disease challenges in Iraq.
- Andrew Dowsey (Bristol) specialises in AI and data science for health research and clinical diagnostics. As a Professor, he holds a joint position at the Bristol Veterinary School and the Bristol Medical School. His work spans proteomics, One Health challenges such as AMR and animal health monitoring. He'll share insights on data-driven approaches to One health threats.

Keynote talk from guest speaker
- Aula Abbara (Imperial). Dr Aula Abbara is a consultant in Infectious Diseases and General Internal Medicine at Imperial College NHS Healthcare Trust. Dr Abbara has worked in a range of different humanitarian and refugee settings, including direct clinical work, teaching healthcare workers and building capacity.
